• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all contractual fees, full ownership of custom source code and deliverables produced specifically for the client will be transferred as outlined in the client project agreement.
• Pre-existing Code: Wisdom InfoSoft retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, reusable tools, or open-source components used during development.

4. Client Responsibilities

For custom development projects, clients agree to provide clear requirements, timely feedback, and necessary assets (credentials, media, data) required for execution. Delays in client feedback may impact project timelines and milestone deadlines.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

While Wisdom InfoSoft follows industry best practices to deliver secure, performant, and high-quality software, our site and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Wisdom InfoSoft be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, software defects, or third-party breaches outside our control.

6. Governing Law
